 The 15^th Annual Celebrity Championship is back this weekend, May 17-19, at La Costa Resort and Spa! NFL Hall of Fame running back Marshall Faulk will serve as the host of year’s Celebrity Championship, which brings over 50 of the best celebrity golfers in the world together to participate in a Celeb-Am Tournament and compete in a celebrity-only competition for a projected purse of $100,000 and the coveted Celebrity Championship trophy.

The celebrity golfers you’ll see at La Costa this weekend* include:

Past Tournament Champions: 2012 Champion (Also 2007, 2003, 2002, 2000 Champion) – Rick Rhoden, MLB Pitcher; 2010 Champion – Jack Wagner, Actor; 2008 Champion – Mickey Tettleton, MLB All Star; 2006 Champion – Grant Fuhr, NHL Hall of Fame Goalie

Since its inception in 1999, the tournament has raised more than $1.2 million on behalf of numerous San Diego based charities. This year, charitable proceeds will be donated to The Junior Seau Foundation and The Marshall Faulk Foundation.
